Happy Saturday. (:
Excited to start dieting and exercising?
I am. I bought a bunch of fruit and healthy stuff at the grocery store today.
So here's everyone who is competing.
I know some other people said they wanted to join as well but haven't sent me their information.
I'll give you until Sunday night, everyone~
Here's just a few tips to get you started:
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day
- Concerning portions, just take a much larger portion of vegetables than meat and then you'll be full and healthy
- To flush out extra water aim to drink 1/2 lemon worth of juice over the course of a day by putting little bits in your drinking water all day
- Take the stairs instead of the escalator
- Get 8 hours of sleep a night
And there will be more of these next week.
And next Saturday there is going to be a workout so make sure you check out my Freak Friday blog for that information.
And of course, I'm sure you want to know what the prize is, haha.
