Guess who's back? Back again

It might be me!

I'm not sure yet, haha.

I miss blogging, I really do.

And I still have the link to my blog in my hotbar so I see it every day and think, "Hm, I wonder if I should start blogging again?"

So I'm going to try.

I'm not going to make any promises.

But I'm going to try and blog at least once a week.

Hopefully I'll get into the groove of it and maybe blog every day.

(Maybe. I have a pretty boring life. Haha.)

Right now is my finals week.

Tuesday 12/7 I had my Nutrition final at 7:30am and my Design final at 4:30pm.

My Nutrition grade is already up and I got an 85% on the final and 84% in the class. Go me!

I think I got an A on my Design final but I'm not sure yet. And I have to go again on Thursday to finish a project and we're going to have a critique.

Tomorrow 12/9 I have my French II final at 7:30am, History final at 1:30pm, and last Design class at 4:30pm.

And then I am done!

Done until February 28th~

So next year, I am going to try and get the camera of my dreams.

I just need to save up ~$2,500.

So starting next year, hopefully on January 1st, I am going to sew and knit and draw and screenprint and finally open an Etsy shop, like I’ve been saying I want to do for years. 

I am also going to do photoshoots and clean rooms/cars for money. 

I’m going to save every last penny I make, or find on the floor. 

I am going to sell everything I own that I don’t use or need.

I am also going to try and get a real job while doing all of this.

To get enough money for a new camera and lens by the end of the year (December 31st) I need to:

Make $210 a month

Make $50 a week

Make $7 a day

Seems pretty easy. 

But it's probably going to be a lot of work.

And hopefully with me blogging more I might get more followers and readers and I might put a donate button up so people can help me out.

I feel weird asking strangers for money but I neeeeed this camera, omgggg.

Also, I know I never finished updating on my September Challenge so sometime this weekend I'm going to do a photodump of everything I've done while I've been gone.

I really should be studying so I'm going to go.

First Week of Sophomore Year~

I've had a pretty long week.

And I only have school two days out of the week!

It has seriously felt like two weeks though. ):

Monday night I just could not sleep. At all.

I ended up getting around two hours of sleep total.

And yes, it was terrible.

I woke up at 6am and got ready and stuff.
I was able to get a parking spot by 7:30am so that was cool.
My first class at 8am is Nutrition.
I'm not too excited to have junk food completely ruined for me, haha.
But my teacher is super nice and the class seems like it's gonna be super easy. (:

My next class at 9:50am is French Deux.
Lol, get it? Deux is French for two. Hahahahhahahhaa.
Ahhhh, French humour. Hohohohoooo
So anywayyyyys, my French teacher has a super thick French accent that's hard to understand at times. :/
But I remembered way more French than I thought I would.
So that was pretty cool~

After that I had to go home to get some books and eat.
But on the way to my car I ran into *~Johnny Parks~*

So we chit-chatted and it was cooool.
Then I headed home and ate but I only had time to sit for 20 minutes so I don't think I'll be doing that any more, haha.

I went back to school to attend my history class at 1:15pm.
I'm kind of meh about the professor so far.
She's pretty young so she's trying to stay "hip with the times" but it's just coming off as lame, haaha.
But there's gonna be a lot of reading for this class and I'm not too excited about it.

Then I didn't have class until 3:35pm so I had around 45 minutes to chill so I sat in one of the quads and knitted. Pretty relaxing.

My next class is Design: Two Dimensional.
So, not gonna lie, when I signed up for the class I thought it was gonna be another easy drawing class but nope.
It's designing on the computer, like on Adobe Illustrator, which I know nothing about.
I am pretty nervous about it.
I'm also worried about having a three hour class at the end of the day.
Oh well.
That day she let us out an hour and a half early so that was awesome~


That night I hungout with Michelle~
We just chilled and took pictures.

I did nothing on Wednesday.
I had to recuperate from Tuesday.





Thursday was my second day of school.
I was planning on returning a bunch of books so my backpack weighed, like, 50 pounds during my first two classes. ):

In Nutrition we had a quiz and I got 100%!
It was super awesome.

French was just more having to interact with people and it kind of sucked.

After French I returned 3 books and got over $200 back. It was pretty fantastic.
And then I just chilled in one of the quads and ate and read for my next class.

History was boring.

My the time I got to Design I was just dying.
I was dripping sweat and it was disgusting.
And I may or may not have fallen asleep in class.
Lol whoops.

That night I just relaxed and watched QI.
If you follow me on Twitter you've probably heard me talk about it.
It is the best show everrrrrrrrrrrr.

First off, it's hosted by Stephen Fry so it's already super freaking awesome.
So basically it's a British panel show where they ask questions and talk about obscure facts.
The panel always changes except for Alan Davies who is always here and he always gets questions wrong. Haha.
It's really just the funniest show ever.

On Friday Michelle and I went and took pictures at Walnut Creek and I think I got a few good ones. (:

So that was my first week.
It was way too long.
And all weekend I've just been chilling and hanging out with nerds and being angry at people coming into my house and yelling.

So yeah. I meant to post this on Friday but I lagged.
Gotta try and get into the groove of school and then I'll start blogging more.

Freaky Friday~ (Sunday Edition)

Wow, I can't believe I am so late on this blog.
But I have a good explanation!
As you know, I've been trying to get a job, like most unemployed people are doing, and I finally got one!
My dad got Jessica, Tyler, and I a job at our relatives juice/drug test factory!
So Wednesday night Tyler and I just could not sleep, it was not possible and we started work on Thursday at 8am and worked until 4:30pm and then we came home and slept for almost 4 hours, went out to dinner, and then went to a party.
So then we didn't get a lot of sleep Thursday night.
And then Friday we went to work and were busy all day.
And yesterday, I was just too sore/tired/out of it.
But whatever, I'm here now and I'm gonna blog it uuuuuup~~~

Wanna know the super upside though of actually having a job?
Getting paid $128!
It was super awesome.
And wanna know what I did with it?
Bought a bunch of junk at Joann's, hahaha.

But it's okay, because a lot of it was on *~*~sale~*~*
I got cotton yarn and knitting needles to knit baby stuff. I just love these colours~~~
And I got fat quarters to make a quilt. And guess what!
Each square was only $0.99! Such a steal~
And then I just got some thread.
Having money is the best~~~





So as you know, last week I was in Clovis~
And it was pretty awesome.
Tyler and I were pretty nocturnal and mostly just sat around eating delicious food and watching 30 Rock and Breaking Bad.
Which are both very good shows by the way.
And I got a lot done on Roseanna's hat!
I restarted it for, I don't know, the 5th time?
But I've got the farthest on it out of all 5 times.
I'm hoping to finish it by next weekend but my job murders my hands so we'll just have to see...

On Thursday night we went to a party at Greg's.
Which was a ton of fun.

We got Tasty Goody for dinner and because Tyler has been to Nickel Nickel arcades in other cities, he thought the one in Azusa would be of high quality.
He quickly learned how wrong he was.

Weirdest game ever. Why would I want to be a jockey? Haha.

 First, I really just love that fabric.
Second, I just feel like it has a super summery feel. Just a soft, floppy backpack for picnic blankets and a camera and sunscreen and you're good to go.

I got 2 B's and 2 C's this semester.
Which is super awesome because I thought I'd get 2 B's and 2 D's. Or maybe just 2 B's a C and a D.
But dang.
I passed all of my classes! Such an awesome feeling. (:

And my dad is pretty badass in case you didn't already know.
He builds stuff, like my desk and bed, Jessica's bed and lots of sets for plays.
Which is awesome.
And he also got me my job which is awesome too.
So yeah, Happy Father's Day Dad, haha.

So the week before finals and the week of I decided to watch all 5 seasons of "Daria".

This show is awesome.
It's about this girl Daria and her family and her friends and high school.
And she's just the most apathetic person in the history of the universe.

I am now an official ChaCha guide~

ChaCha is a service where you can text, call, or go to a website and ask questions and someone else finds the answer for you.
I get paid, like, $0.10 a question but it's pretty easy and I can answer, like a question a minute.
Which is pretty fast, haha.
And yes, I get super creepy/gross questions sometimes.

Max made me watch Cloverfield.
Yes, Max makes me watch a lot of movies, haha.

It was pretty good.
I wanted to murder the camera guy, though. Most annoying character in any movie ever.
I mean, I was freaking out the whole time so I guess that means it was good, haha.

So omfg the Thespian Award show was this week.
And guess what.
Just guess.
Come on, just guess.

So last semester when I sold back my books I got... Little to nothing.
This semester I sold back $215 worth of books and got $106 back.
It was awesome.
And one of the books I bought last semester used for $8 so I didn't sell it back but for some reason I decided I might as well sell it back this semester.
And I got $10 for it. Ridic~

I had a pretty freaking awesome start to summer.

Tuesday night Max came over and we totally stole a hot fudge sundae from McDonalds.
Hahha, and we watched Adventure Time and lol'd.

Wednesday I spent two hours cleaning my car.
I vacuumed, windexed, scrubbed, and just cleaned so good.
I even vacuumed out the door pockets.
Insanely freaking clean.
Feels good man.

And I washed my bedding for the first time in, like, a month.
Which, trust me, is far too long.

   
And then I totally had spaghetti for dinner.


Thursday I hung out with Max, Vance, and Gen and we clubbed it up, dawgs.
And totally saw these guys at the Grove.

Not, the girl, just Toofer.


But it was soooo craaaaazy.
Hahaha.








And now it's Friday and I'm in Clovis and Tyler and I are watching Big Fat Liar.
Hahahaha.

Last week I didn't ask for anyone's weights because it was the weekend of Prom and Memorial Day weekend so I figured I'd give you a week off.

Even though there's only, like, two weeks left.

So I will be asking for your current weight this weekend.

But there will be no workout tomorrow because I'm working on finals right now.

Monday June 7th

8:00am - Science exam (on everything we've learned this semester)

10:30am - French exam (on everything we've learned this semester)

4:30pm - Math exam (on everything we've learned this semester)

And my 5 page research on punk music for English is due but I'm just gonna email it in because I hate everyone in my English class and I never want to see any of them ever again in my life.

And also I'm pretty sure it's at the same time as my Science exam.

So I have been taking a lot of pictures lately.

It was nice to see Micah and the shoot was a lot of fun.

His friends are funny and had lots of good poses planned.

This week I watched *~*~*~2~*~*~* movies.

So I love this movie and I tried to play it in the living room DVD player once and it wasn't playing so I used my dad's DVD cleaner and it RUINED IT. And it was a very depressing day.

So Tyler bought me a new copy for Christmas two years ago, haha.

It was pretty awesome.

I love this movie and I know all of the words to all of the songs and all of the dialogue.

It's hilariouuuuuuuuuuuusssssssssssssssssss.

I watched this at Max's house last night and...

Hm. Let's just say that yes it totally deserved Best Picture.

Although I haven't seen Avatar and probs never will I guess my opinion doesn't mean much but whatever.

It was so sad and so interesting and the cinematography was so crazy at some points.

I was crying and freaking out and sorta yelling but not really because it was 1am and omfg.

This movie. Insane.

And is it just me or are there A LOT of good movies coming out?

I don't like her and I don't care if you do.

I am unsure if I even want to see this movie, even though it looks super amazing, because she's in it and ruining it with her bad accent.

Freaky Friday~ (Saturday Edition)

Sorry I didn't blog yesterday I spent all day at UCLA taking pictures of my friend Micah and his friends for end-of-the-year memories.

And when I got home I fell asleep for two hours.

Traffic is really exhausting!

So right now I'm getting ready for all of my finals and stuff and it sucks.

My finals week starts June 7th and I just want it to be over with already.

I am so ready for the summer and to (hopefully) have a job, and sleep, and knit, and sew, and read, and do all the stuff I haven't had time for.

Here's a couple of things I can't wait to knit.

Still have to finish Roseanna's hat which will probably take me three days, I just don't have that time right now. ):

This awesome lace scarf which is gonna be super challenging but I'm excited.

And I wanna knit tons of other things, of course, but these are at the top of the list right now.

Oh and I'm going to be doing a major sewing project for the first time since...

This week I watched Rocky Horror Picture Show for the first time in... I don't know, three years?

I totally forgot how much I love this movie.

And watching it I just think about the cool costumes I wanna make.

I mean, come on, look at Brad's tux!

A plaid cummerbund and bowtie?!

So freaking awesome.

Last night I watched Donnie Darko for the first time in a long time, too.

I freaking love this movie. 

It's about wormholes and schizophrenia and Sparkle Motion and jet plane engines.

Oh and it stars Jake Gyllenhaal and it really doesn't get any better than that.

And it's awesome because Maggie Gyllenhaal is also in it and they play brother and sister, haha.
